Now as Challenges go ... there are more challenging ones out there however I like the general idea albeit with the dying of your hair one ... haven't you done that one already ... many times?

Here is some more ideas just in case you find the ones above a little easy ...
    1. Replying within 3 seconds with "David!" every time your hear Me shout "Maisie!" in a day.
    2. Spend 7 days listening to your father's life story and type it up for him.
    3. Scour the Charity Shops for an item of £3 or less that is better value than my own £3 charity shop find for Happydad's Christmas present :-)
    4. Maintain your calorie intake via the FitnessPal app so we can share our dieting progress.
    5. Keep some chickens in your garden and pay brother #2 to look after them.
Ps if you need help with McDonald's drive thru then let me know. I'm an expert :-)

  8. I made that comment to sort out who you were - I've worked it out now! All these codes are doing my head in. Happy to do a week on my fitness pal - I've tried it and it works as long as you log everything. I also have a garmin vivofit which syncs my steps with mfp.
